“IP: Our Learning Toolbox” explores the importance of intellectual property (IP) and its impact on our lives. Focusing on the role of IP in education, the film highlights how IP enables education to occur and, also, how education supports the creation of new IP. Classrooms are full of IP – books, artistic works, and even the pens we write with. Real-world learning experiences (in hospitals, laboratories, farms, and more) also depend upon IP. IP makes learning possible and learning supports the creation of new IP. All around the globe, IP (our learning toolbox) makes the world a better place to explore, create, and innovate.
