Fees include a luncheon and course materials. Advance registration is required. Completed registration forms will be accepted online, mail, fax (202/507-4501) or e-mail (eespinueva@ipo.org). Please reserve early. Space is limited. The program is subject to change. All complete registrations with payment will be confirmed via e-mail within one business day. Bring a copy of the e-mail confirmation with you to the conference.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. Any cancellations or registration adjustments requested on or before November 17, 2008 are subject to a $100 processing fee. No refunds of any fee or credit will be issued for cancellations starting on November 18, 2008.  Submit all cancellations or registration adjustments in writing via e-mail (eespinueva@ipo.org).

CLE Information
CLE credit is being requested in every state in which attendees are licensed to practice that has a mandatory CLE requirement. The number of credit hours will vary depending on the requirements of the individual state. IPO expects most states will award up to 6 credit hours for PTO Day, and up to 6.5 hours for the Patent Interferences Conference. Some states may not approve these courses for credit. IPO’s Hardship Policy is available upon request.
